Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
• Standard shipping typically takes 5 business days after processing.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
